Since installing mesa-18.0.4.tar.xz provided by my distro I get a black screen
when using startx.
The environment I see this on is
Slackware64-Current running in virtualbox.
I have two work arounds
1.
Don't maximise the virtualbox window
2.
add nomodeset as a kernel parameter when booting.
I have downloaded the Mesa git repository and bisected the code and will attach
the bisect log
Please advise me if you require any other information.
