Can you check that configure --with-gallium-drivers=swr --enable-gallium-osmesa --disable-dri --enable-glx=gallium-xlib build fine (needs a second run dropping the latter two options). I cannot spot anything obvious - just a gut feeling. You might want to sort the SCons build as well?
