Sounds like something has gone wrong during bisect. Be that a typo good <> bad
or some files were not generated.
You can tweaking the configure line (roughly like below) to build only the
required parts and confirm the bisection results.
$ ./configure --without-vulkan-drivers --without-gallium-drivers
--with-dri-drivers=swrast --disable-egl --disable-gbm --disable-gles1
--disable-gles2
