Hi Emil,

7 additional nominations for 12.0 are attached:
- the CSO fix is very important
- the 4th patch fixes dual-source blending on Stoney
- the last one silences printf messages with LLVM 3.9.

Patches 1, 5, 6 are on mesa-dev, not reviewed yet. Patch 7 is not on
any list and will not be sent separately.

I've picked up 2, 3, 4 and 7. Adding a reference to the original
commit in the last one.

The other three were omitted since neither of them has landed in master yet.
For the future you can save yourself time (and follow what's been
suggested multiple times) by listing the SHAs that you're interested.

The intent was that they wouldn't land in master (in time). That's why
I sent them to you directly, and resolved all merge conflicts *for you*.

Can we do another release that includes the CSO patch and the other 2 patches?

I concur, that CSO fix is pretty crucial.

Nicolai
