The order of the patch series looks strange: The last patches add files referenced by earlier ones. Please make sure each patch can build (and ideally work :) individually in the order of the series.
Simply reordering the patches might not be the best solution though. E.g. it doesn't make much sense to have separate patches for adding this or that file.
