Well MPEG2 actually defines that the resulting image doesn't need to
be 100% bit identical on all decoders. H.264 and others are way more
strict regarding this.

In the vaapi case they are quite noticeable - too bad to be within some
sort of tolerance.

vdpau I wouldn't really notice without close inspection.

I am testing with mpv (git needed as release will default to s/w for
mpeg2 vaapi)

gstreamer omx hw dec produces the same artifacts as mpv vaapi.

(I have yet to test gstreamer vaapi on mpeg2 as I can't get it to work
with my samples - it works OK for vaapi + h264)
