The 7.8.2 tarball seems to be missing progs/util. In particular,
this means it is missing progs/util/shaderutil*, and thus many of the
progs/glsl programs cannot compile.
In the past, the MesaDemos package required the MesaLib package.
I'll fix up the 7.8.x Makefile to put progs/util in the former instead
of the later.
Now that the Mesa demos are in a separate repo with their own
automake, they shouldn't depend on the rest of Mesa.
