We are transcribing directly into Meditech Magic 5.5 departmental and rad modules using VPN connection. In the past couple of months we have experienced significant slowness and type-ahead delays. Band-width was recently increased but seems to have had no effect. There seems to be no difference between different internet providers. It tends to happen more during the day, but can also occur in evening or on weekends.
Has any other site experienced this? What was the problem? Thanks for any help!!
