We use Meditech's ORM. I am not sure why you say they don't have a PACU component since we are using it....There is an anesthesia section too but our anes docs won't use it. That is our only downfall with the product otherwise it went up like a charm and users love it. Sandi

Picis was also pretty good but they recently changed their pricing structure and consequently are no longer a viable alternative for us. Any suggestions/recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
