Hi Richard, Will you be coming on the 16th? My 2 cents. You want a Programmer/analyst preferably with experience in the Financial Application area. But anyone with NPR experience should be able to perform successfully. NPR is pretty much the same, regardless of the application, except for those quirks that one will find in any application. I've seldom found anyone who is enthuisastic about NPR writing for MM. And there are a fair amount of resources out there that can help someone new to MM get going.
