Hi Sue-
I'm pretty sure WIN2PDF has separate software for "terminal servers" that
works on the CS Doc Manager -

Subject: [MEDITECH-L] MAR downtime report

We have been struggling with creating and automated Pharmacy MAR downtime
report. Using KB 20350 to create the download of
Pharmacy MAR reports using Win2PDF. We are having problems with the Win2pdf
where it works fine from Windows but does not work when it encounters the
Meditech Document Manager. It appears to be a permissions issue or the fact
that the document manager is running as a service instead of as an
interactive user. Does anyone have any ideas? We are CS 5.5 sr3 using
print severs.
