I believe that it is the previously filed "Grand Total Time" that she has defaulting in subseqent times documented each day. Since this would not be nil the first time each day, this should work as she needs it too. If, however, it is an issue, she can simple default "0" instead of nil in the "Else" logic of the IF statement!
