I am curious to know if anyone else is experiencing issues with FL80 on
the UB04 given the reduced field size. We are having problems populating
the "city,st zip" info from Meditech using the standard INS C,ST,Z claim
check value or even a custom that Meditech provided. Meditech is
pointing to our use of "zip+4" as the source of our problems.
If anyone else is experiencing problems or has already addressed this, I
would appreciate hearing from you.
