Hello. Does anyone have the autokey function in either MSM medDietary or MedQm set up thru a MicroAnnex?
PICIS sent info for the Xyplex server which we followed as best we could, but we are getting "ports probably in use" errors. We have the schematics for the rollover cable that was required for setup using the Xyplex server. Anyone know if the MicroAnnex Rollover cable is different?? Our Tech team thinks they would be the same...but you never know. We've successfully set up lab analyzers and printers on these annexes, so I can't imagine we can't get these autokey functions working. Thanks in advance for any info.
