Hello Everyone,
For those sites utilizing the EDM module, what service date and time are you entering during the ED registration process? Do you just accept the current date and time default as the service date and time? If so, do you ever find that this affects your billing particularly if the patient is there over the midnight hour and the registration could possibly be taking place 2 to 3 hours after triage? Do any sites enter the triage date and time as the service date and time during the ER registration? If so, where do your registrars get this information?
