System / Help Desk Analyst 

Provide primary User Account Maintenance and Help Desk Support in a 2000+ user 
environment. Strong working knowledge of Windows and a background in a Help 
Desk environment within an Information Technology team; knowledge of healthcare 
and the Meditech (Hospital Information System) environment is a plus. 

Requirements include 3+ years of experience in creating, maintaining and 
auditing Active Directory and other system user accounts; must have a focus and 
attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, strong PC & MS Office 
skills, and an understanding of databases and working knowledge of MS Access. 

Prefer candidates with hospital / healthcare experience. 

Education: Bachelors degree with 3+ years of relevant IS experience with a 
focus on user access management and system security.
