I've received a user request. One group of clinicians wants to send an automated message to another group of clinicians based on an answer choice to an O type query. Specifically, if the speech therapists select the answer "refer to RD", they want the RD's to receive a message. Is anyone in the mood to give me some direction on this?
On a related note, I see there's a notification function in the 5.6 NUR INT DICT that requires writing NUR rules. I have not noticed any discussion on the L about the rules dictionary or the writing of rules or what people are using it for.
