Hello Tristan, When I worked in the hospital setting, we documented our vaccines in eMAR along with a CDS that captured the Manufacturer, Lot #, and Expiration Date.

Are you documenting on paper, emar, printed mar or somewhere else. I am especially curious about those sites that have physician practices that are owned by your facility. We are currently looking for a better way to document across the care continuum. Any thoughts! Thanks so much in advance.
