The only problem I've had with being kicked to goodbye was in the process flowsheet. If a user documents an unmatched ", anyone that tries to view that query in the process flowsheet is kicked to goodbye. This has been a problem for us since I can't control what a user enters in free text. I had a nurse document the size of a wound and used " instead of typing inches. The documentation was filed without problem, but kicked the user out when viewing on the flowsheet. Meditech had no fix for this.
