Hi, 

We are a MAGIC 5.5 SR1 site and have recently implemented Order
Management functionality to our inpatient locations as a precursor to
CPOE. 

Recently, many locations began reporting a 10 - 30 second delay in
loading (painting/drawing/compiling) the Order Sets from the Review
Patient Orders screen. The weird part is that began happening only a
month ago, (we have been live since December/06) and only on some of our
devices. We cannot figure out a pattern or relationship. Meditech has
recommended a range of DTS' affecting many different modules and
routines. Is this our only option? Someone suggested that we look at how
our PCs are managed - i.e. to which machines.

We are going LIVE with 5.6 in December, but do not wish to wait that
long to resolve the issues.

Has any other site been through a similar experience? If so, please
