Are there any sites Live with Magic ITS that are conversions from $T RAD that would be willing to discuss or email me what major problems you have had during implementation or at go-live. We continue to find many bugs in the system and find it hard to believe that Live sites aren't having the same problems. Also, we have had to request many customs because of the loss/change in functionality from $T RAD.
We are told by Meditech that we will be the first site to go-live with ITS that uses DR as our PACS vendor. (Still working out bugs with this.) So, any site that uses DLL to launch the PACS image from Meditech would also be a valuable resource for us to talk to. To those who currently have $T RAD and are looking to upgrade, be aware that this is not an upgrade to $T, it is totally a new module to Magic.
