I normally don't work with the NUR module, but for those sites with BBK also - after patient type & screen results are flagged as new results on the Status Board, is there a way to indicate on the Status Board that crossmatched units are ready for transfusion? We just went LIVE with BBK this week and do not have all the NUR-BBK link functionality set up yet. If we can't make crossmatched units ready for transfusion appear as new results, I'll probably look at clinical notifications to send a printout to the floor if I can't get Lab staff to print a crossmatch card to the floor.
