We are Magic 5.5. We have purchased MIC interface for GenProbe TIGRIS analyzer. We are in the process of testing and finally I was able to send results to Meditech since this is new to Meditech, however the results are coming as paragraph which includes useless information to physicians. All we want to display is results for GC and CT but we also get other information like Total RLU, Master Lot, and Master Lot exp. Date. Meditech says since this is micro interface the results are in paragraph and can not strip out the extra information but if this was a lab interface then the results could have been as positive or negative, but then the tests should be in LAB and not in MIC module. GenProbe says they can not edit the results and send only results for GC or CT. I am wondering if any one has an answer or has this interface.
