I think that they are my favorite vendor because of their support. When I can on board Formfast was already implemented and I was trying to do some new things with it - but I didn't really know how it worked. They spent countless hours on the phone helping me learn the system - always with great patience and humor. Also - it is very versatile and can be used with any software. I would be happy to answer any questions you have about the product. As 'working as designed' by Meditech ,Override orders charge immediately on vending, no matter if the pha tool box is set to charge on admin/docum so all you can do is whether you want the nurse to see/process overrides for documentation on emar. Meditech says these tool box settings only apply to profiled orders. But if the pharmacist puts in a follow-up supporting rx shortly thereafter for the override the nurse has the potential to document on that as well, leading to another charge, if billing on admin. What have you doen to resolve this inconsistency by Meditech in handling override or profile rx's , for billing by admin/docum? Thanks, Mike Michael D.
