I don't know what, if anything, Meditech's custom costs. Attached is the CDS we use, and the related macro that you can upload into TEST. We are Magic 5.5.2.

But our in-house ADM programmer accomplished almost the same thing with Queries on the SCH and ADM Customer Defined screens. They pop a warning and prompt for an NPI. They can be bypassed.
