Magic 5.5 sites bring up NUR, our first to go-live Sept 07 -currently we don't train agency staff to OE/PCI unless they are travelers with a several week contract. We need ideas! How are others dealing with "training" NUR to new agency staff in the short time period prior to them starting that night? Are power points and/or checklist being used? Also how are you dealing with agency access and security?
