We create them using the same format as our other user accounts
LLLFFFCNN where: LLL is the first three letters of their last name (X
filled for short first names)
FFF is the first three letters of their first name (X filled for
short last names)
C is the corporation mnemonic
NN is the numeric code for duplicates i.e. the first duplicate is
1 and the second is 2 etc. and to identify special circumstances such as
99 for an identical person with conflicting access requirements in both
jobs and 88 for students.
The only change for consultants is that their NAME is in upper case to
make them stand out.
