Hi Brian,
We ran a report to see which reports were run in the last year and half. Any reports that weren't run in that time frame, we deleted. We did send a message to everyone (just in case) to let them know what we were doing. We decided on a year an half to get statisical reports included. Nobody complained afterwards about not being able to run a report. I can't remember which hospital we did this at, I think it was Cape Cod when I did Y2K NPR Report cleanup there.
Hope it helps!

Hello Lers,
Does anyone have a process for NPR Report Writer cleanup that they would be willing to share? We currently have over 4400 NPR custom reports that are outdated, invalid or have been replaced by other reports. We would like to inactivate and delete all of these reports that no longer serve a purpose in our facility. We would appreciate any feedback.
