Sandi, at MUSE last week, there was a presentation by Tim Coutu and Bill Presley from New England Baptist talking about a product called CleanClaim. They were using it to "catch" errors before the bill dropped and calculate registration errors. Tim is the Sr. Fincl/Admin systems analyst [EMAIL PROTECTED] I plan to check it out further as we have been racking our brains how to capture registration error rates. Hope this helps.
