We've noticed a problem when a patient is placed on LOA. If the user misses
answering the Hold Orders prompt, which is very easy to do, charges continue
to generate in PHA bases on refill lists. Meditech says that this field
cannot be made required and apparently cannot be defaulted to "Y". Dropping
charges on patients who are not in-house sounds like a good way generate
publicity but not of the nice kind.
Has anyone else noticed this? If so, does anyone have a good work around?

Thanks in advance,
Bob
