Hello L, We use a NPR report (Magic) to keep track of unsigned Telephone/Verbal orders placed via the nursing routines for POM/PCM. Orders continue to queue on this report that do not queue the Physician to e-sign in POM. I've spot-checked these orders and found that it may be related to the COPY/EDIT function in POM/PCM (called "VIEW/CHANGE"). Has anyone had a similar issue? Was it related to a Meditech bug in audit data? Any feedback is appreciated!
