Hi, Alice,

 

What specifically do you mean by a "self pay adjustment"?  Do you mean a
"prompt pay discount" policy where, if the patient pays the self pay
portion within a pre-determined amount of time, the rest of the balance
(10%, perhaps) is discounted?
