HELP! Can anybody share any information about Bad Debt and AR? What happens when accounts go into bad debt and back to AR. We are having a problem with it over stating our Bad Debt accounts. If anyone knows of a report that we can run to get true numbers for our AR and Bad Debts - would you be willing to share?
