Joanne, here's one (of several) that I wrote for our utilization review. It would take some modification for you (since I limit it to certain patient types & locations), but it calls a fragment that gets all diagnoses for the selected patients, arrays them, and then lists them. Hope that gets you started. Also, there's a separate little report that just lists all diagnoses for a patient. Have fun!
