Until MEDITECH comes out with the long awaited PHA Tracker in 5.8 :-), there
are some solutions to these issues. If your site does have EDM and is using
the ED Tracker.that's an option. My issue with that is fitting into the
normal workflow of a pharmacy department. I have had most success with a
home grown PHA Tracker I've developed - the concept is simply a custom NPR
frag using auto-refresh/looping logic in a macro to drive the recompiling of
the data. With a custom frag, you can hook what ever it is you want: nHA,
nDA, UNV, INC, LOG (from OE), etc.

Best of luck - Kevin.

Subject: [SPAM] RE: [MEDITECH-L] POM- PHA status board for unverified PHA
orders

We are slowly moving toward POM, and it was my idea that we could set up a
dedicated PC that would stay on the Process Patient Activity screen and have
it managed somehow to recompile every 10 seconds or so. I was told by our IS
Dept. that this would be possible. Has anyone tried this?

Interested in providing the pharmacy with flat screen displays for
"at-a-glance" display of pending unverified or incomplete (status board)
drug order information entered by physicians and requiring RPH intervention.

Thanks,
