Hi, David, Check out the knowledge base articles on Meditech's web site. Shortly before I left my former hospital, the Assistant Director/Clinical Analyst (who knows a lot about the Exchange server, too) got it set up there, after we'd struggled with it off and on for years. She said she just used the documentation from Meditech.
