I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has developed logic for 
identifying
patients that have more than one Medical Record Number.
 
There are obvious easy matches to make such as birthdate and gender.  However, 
once you
start looking a names and addresses, the possibility of mis-spelling arises.
 
We are particularly interested in an SQL Server solution, but an NPR solution 
would be
acceptable as well.
