Hello, we are trying to setup a 4200tn HP printer and we are having some issues. We have one blank line at the top. We change the settings and nothing helps. We are using 4200 pcl 6 drivers. We are a magic hospital and v. 5.5. The printer settings we are using are:
1X= -10 Y= +20 Meditech setting are: Letter CPI 10.00 LT Margin 2. LPI 9 Top Margin 0.000 Text Len 64 We have seen several different settings but they are not working for us. Any help would be appreciated!!! Thanks!! Debbie Yerbic 210 W. Walnut Canton, Il 61520 309-647-5240 Ext. 2287
