They use nothing. All of our departments are required to have a downtime
process for when computers are unavailable.

Remember the 3 day power failure of 2003 or SARS - all good examples of
the need for a practiced downtime process.

Subject: [MEDITECH-L] Meditech Downtime - Emergency Department (EDM)

Hi Meditech Users,

What does your ED use as a tracker when there is extended planned
downtime, e.g., move to 5.6? Meditech will be down from 1am to 9am.

Thanks!
