You are trying to pull in a value from a subsegment without proper subscripting or multiple use.
Also, it is likely that you are not pulling the correct field. Using a DPM listing while creating reports should assist you greatly. Rather than assigning @insurance to your /R.FRAG.VAL in the fragment, you should probably assign @ins.mnemonic[1]. If you want to pull in the primary insurance... Alternatively, you could forgo the fragment to ADM and pull the value directly in your computed field. Since ADM is already open to OE, there is no need to fragment to pull data.
