I am interested in hearing from others on how they handle situations where a
patient's name is changed due to misspellings or the patient giving a false
name, leaving previous reports on the patient with a different name. We can
synchronize the name on the report with ADM by recompiling the report, but
are struggling with appropriate procedures for when and how we should do
this. Any suggestions appreciated.
