Hi there, Has anyone out there had any trouble with users crashing to Goodbye from Magic ITS (5.4) when connected via Citrix? I must admit we still use humans for transcription and when they are trying to test from home, they crash out in two spots.. The Test Dictionary when trying to make canned text entries and in E/E Reports when they left arrow on the section to enter.
In-house there are no issues. Any help would be appreciated!
