How are you training your staff to address this question? We think the wording should be: What is Pt Rel to Subscriber? This is very confusing for the registration staff.
Also, on the Person to Notify and Next of Kin: Are they entering the Rel to Pt? The example registration listed below is a minor pt being registered and the Child's Mother is the insured. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
