L'ers, I know that some facilities are giving access to physician offices to schedule patients directly into CWS. Does anyone have some kind of front end interface with CSW that allows the office to reserve or schedule patients in a more elegant way? Perhaps blocking some types of appointments due to needing authorization numbers, etc?
Are there any hospital web-sites that perhaps show a patient open times when they can 'reserve' an appointment slot for a mammo? We are trying to explore some of these avenues and would appreciate feedback if anyone is doing something different to market Diagnostic Imaging to their patient or office customers.
