We have been live with Meditech's Magic ORM since Feb 6th and it was very smooth. I could not believe how well it was received by an area that never documented in the computer before. By the end of the first week they didn't even need IS support and were doing fantastic. Yes some others have bells and whistles but ORM can work and our staff likes it and can't believe it took them this long to get away from paper. I worked with them to make the transition easier and similar to how their work flowed prior to ORM so they took right to it.
