We are client server , but this does work for us. MEDITECH had to make a change on the interface To get it to work. If the report has not been signed in MEDITECH, the whole report is replaced , if it has been signed The whole report sent from dictaphone goes into an addendum section . Hope this helps.
We have only been live two weeks and only have one transcriptionist typing so havent been testing It throughlly yet, however it did work in TEST.
