I can't get the Type Of Bill to print in box 4 of the UB04. The TOB is now a 4 character field and the four characters (eg 0123) are visible in the spool file but when it prints on the claim form, it only shows three (eg 012) with the right most digit truncated. Does anyone have a solution for this? Thank you.
