We are starting 340B purchasing and need to be able to provide a download from MEDITECH to our 3rd party vendor (Talyst). The download needs to include any Pharmacy transactions eligible for 340B (typically outpatients to include ED - even any ED charges before a patient is admitted). I wanted to check to see if anyone has already written a report that shows data from the PHA transaction segment that I could hopefully modify to get what I need. I'm looking to get the data out of PHA instead of B/AR in order to capture those ED pre-INP rollover charges. I tried writing a quick report to just check data/fields but I can't seem to even get an records using PHA.RX.pha.rx.transactions and segment PHA.RX.pha.rx.active.index.
