I have submitted a MIX request to MT regarding adding a Target Date to the Query Link Diagnosis. #4916941. They will not consider the request unless they hear from other facilities. For anyone who deals with Care Plans and Query Links, this would be helpful to our nurses. If interested in helping please add to the Request or put in an additional one.
The Request I put in: >From the Query Links dictionary you have the ability to trigger Nursing Diagnosis from the Assessment, which is great. We need to be able to set a target date on the Diagnosis from the dictionary level. The nurses now have care plans with everything preset but when they get the link to add a diagnosis they have to set the Target Date. It just slows them down. Please give this some consideration. We have a very good tool but it needs a little adjustment.
