I could use this information also. Our clinic is rather new also, and wants a charge form to print off when the patient registers for a clinic visit. Thanks for any help. Our clinic manager also wants a sheet to print off for each person to pull the patients chart (to use as an out guide). Is anyone doing this via the scheduling module?
